This was discussed on Buzz Out Loud this week, and I thought I'd share it. It's a trillion pixel image, so consider that your 56k warning!
The image contains 255 slides of breast tissue. They use a new file type called BigTIFF, since TIFF has a 4GB limit, this new file size is 143GB.

I think it's pretty sweet... it'll be nice when the average digital camera can shoot at that resolution.
